When you submit our Get in Touch form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and business type. If you book a discovery call, our scheduling system also collects appointment details (date, time).

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for our services, and schedule and manage your discovery call. We do not sell your information to third parties.

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the consent box on our form, Ziegler Marketing LLC may send you text messages related to your inquiry, including replies to your questions, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or email grant@zieglermarketing.com.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected on this Site are never shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used only for Ziegler Marketing LLC to communicate with you directly.

Providing your phone number and consenting to text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Information submitted through this Site is processed and stored through our customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel). We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

This Site does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics tracking. If that changes in the future (for example, to use tools like the Meta Pixel for advertising purposes), this Privacy Policy will be updated to disclose what is collected and how it's used before those tools go live.

Our scheduling and CRM system (GoHighLevel) processes information on our behalf as described above. We do not currently use any other third-party services that collect visitor data on this Site.

You may request that we delete your information from our systems at any time by emailing grant@zieglermarketing.com.

This Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
